WE'RE HIRING: North American Automotive Sales Manager
\n \nLocation: US | Remote
\nCompensation: Fexible based on experience
\n✈️ Travel: Regional North American travel
\n \nThe Role
\nWe're looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to grow our North American customer base and develop relationships with OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, distributors, and aftermarket customers.
\nYou'll be responsible for new business development, customer relationships, quotations, negotiations, pipeline growth, and supporting new automotive programs.
\n \nMust-Haves
\n✅ 3+ years of North American automotive sales/business development experience
\n✅ Direct experience with automotive components or manufacturing solutions
\n✅ Experience selling or working with one or more of:
\n \n✅ Experience with OEMs, Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers
\n✅ Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills
\n✅ Understanding of the North American automotive supply chain
\n✅ IATF 16949, PPAP, or APQP experience is a plus
\n✅ Existing automotive/OEM/Tier 1 network is highly preferred
\n✅ Authorized to work in the US
