Castle Rock Hormone Health (CRHH) is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant who is excited about patient relationships, preventative care, hormone
optimization, wellness medicine, and helping people regain confidence, energy, and quality
of life.

where providers can spend meaningful time educating patients, building trust, and
delivering life-changing care.

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits
• Review laboratory testing and educate patients on treatment plans
• Develop personalized wellness and optimization protocols
• Build strong patient relationships through education and support
• Collaborate with a positive, patient-focused clinical team
• Help create an elite patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Active NP or PA license in applicable state
• Strong communication and bedside manner
• Passion for wellness, preventative care, and patient education
• Positive energy and team-oriented mindset
• Confidence speaking with patients and guiding care plans
• Desire to grow professionally within a modern healthcare model

Schedule: Part Time to Full Time 20-40 hours, very limited work from home opportunity.
Compensation: 75-85/hr Depending on Experience
