Engage regularly with customers and staff to identify needs, address concerns, and drive satisfaction. Manage all meat operations, including buying, receiving, storage, cutting, and inventory rotation. Evaluate product quality to meet company standards and exceed customer expectations. Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic merchandising, loss prevention, and cost control. Utilize sales data to optimize production, reduce shrink, and enhance profit margins. Interpret performance reports to make informed purchasing and inventory decisions. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations. Collaborate with leadership to implement company promotions and operational initiatives. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; five or more years of meat market or retail management experience preferred. Food Safety Management certification required. Proven leadership and communication skills. Strong knowledge of meat cutting, preparation, and product presentation. Prior experience in a retail grocery or meat market environment. Proficient in computer applications, math, and data entry. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
