We focus on you, your ability to earn great income and grow with us!ResponsibilitiesLead the sales team to achieve budgetManage inventory, price changes, vehicle descriptions and photosWork with service to get vehicles inspectedAppraise vehiclesPurchase vehicles and maintain appropriate inventoryEnsure all guests in the showroom are being well taken care ofWork with the sales team on working deals and follow up with guestsFollow up with guests to close more dealsResponsible for management of new and used car inventory and profitabilityPresent options to help guests protect their vehicle purchaseWork with the sales team to acquire financing for vehicle purchasesDeliver vehicles and paperwork for sold deals in a timely and accurate mannerWork with financial institutions to best serve the guests through their vehicle purchasing experienceFollow the internal "road to the sale" processSuccessfully overcome objectionsMaintain adequate knowledge of the products we offerDeliver vehicles and paperwork for sold deals in a timely and accurate mannerWork with financial institutions to ensure fast funding, and take care of all CIT, fix held deals and related tasks.Work with the accounting/office team to ensure titling paperwork is accurate and collected timelyQualificationsPrevious successful experience in automotive sales, leadership experience preferredAbility to motivate and train a team of sales professionalsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to effectively utilize software systemsOur culture is a humility-based servant leadership environment, so you must hold values and ethics that align with this cultureAs part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
